Royal BodyCare Third Quarter Sales Increase

Irving, Texas (November 1, 2000) – Royal BodyCare, Inc. (ROBE BB:OTC) sales revenue in the quarter ended September 30, 2000 increased to $9,248,000 with a net income of $150,000 or $.01 per share, compared to sales revenue of $8,374,000 with net income of $32,000 in the same period of 1999.

Sales revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2000 increased to $29,408,000 with net income of $601,543, or $.04 per share, compared to sales revenue of $24,966,000, with net income of $568,000, or $.04 per share in the same period of 1999.

Clinton Howard, President of Royal BodyCare (RBC) stated, "During the third quarter, RBC Sweden expanded with a multi-language call center and began shipping products throughout Europe. RBC Australia opened a branch distribution office in New Zealand. RBC headquarters in Irving, Texas completed installation of its new data system that processes all company transactions in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US. RBC Indonesia regained its previous growth trend as the economy of that country improved. Sales in Eastern Canada increased well and surpassed sales in Western Canada for the first time. Sales of the company’s unique antioxidant, Microhydrin^® continued to increase worldwide with the introduction of a powder form for children, animals, and others who prefer powder to capsules."
